Just can not believe Microsoft, what was wrong with XP or even Windows 7. I can't save the group which i send to myself and neither can i create a new one... I was setting up the Outlook interface for the owner of the business where I work and this was the last thing I needed to do. How do I add this group to my contacts?

Groups which are created on the Outlook.com website will become Categories in Outlook 2013. There is a link in the "Contact Group" window called "How do I use contact groups?" that should provide more info. Instead select MAIL (bottom left in outlook)....next....at the top left select NEW ITEMS....then selectMORE ITEMS....then select CONTACT GROUP....then give the group a name. It shows up in the contacts module just as the original contacts list and suggested contacts list does.
