I didn't reset the BIOS or remove the CMOS battery as they checked out earlier with the diagnostic test. For TESTING a problem, excessive fan speeds temporarily can be usefull. The blue screen disappeared and Windows booted smoothly like before!!! Now Windows gives me BSOD randomly (daily) because it loses the ssd drive, it doesn't finds it anymore.

After that, startups behaved ok, but I was still getting random problems with those locking issues. There are NO dumpfiles for this crash date, only older dump files.
Since the problem only occurs occasionally when switching on the PC, my guess is now that it is some kind of start-up timing issue. I found that the data cable, (it was a SATA hard-disk), was either loose or faulty. A second reboot attempt went through fine. As my external harddisk is probably the slowest during start-up, I will disconnect it for a week or so to see whether this solves the problem.
