How do I fix this? How would you explain icon fixing on itself? This results in the correct resolution being loaded, as it's the only density to load.

My icons and pics in IE were this way to begin with. This might be a better approach. You can see it rendering properly at the same size in Explorer Note - this is running windows 7 "basic" theme, in Aero it looks slightly better but still not correct.
