Any internet (usually browser) related activity would cause the audio in Windows 10 to skip and stutter. I went through most of my device manager disabling stuff to see if it has any impact on the DPC Latency Checker. So glad I found this as watching downloads was becoming unbearable!! That is the issue, whether there is conflicts between completely unrelated hardware within your system is irrelevant, and probably more placebo than anything else.
