Computer is a new Lenovo X1 Carbon I5 8 gigs ram. I use both Chrome and Firefox, but as I said Chrome is screwed up in many ways at the moment, and Firefox isn't. As soon as I removed BitDefender, Chrome became lightening fast all over again. This seemed to fix my biggest problem of late.
