A workaround that has worked for me is to use a 3rd party File Explorer/Manager application to delete problem files, although having to do this borders on unacceptable in my book How to use NIntegrate to see how it grows? If I boot on windows XP the move/copy function takes a fraction of the time Win7. What I can't understand is why Microsoft can't solve this problem simply as it wasn't a problem in XP and 2000.
