SOLUTION: Just format your computer(if possible, all drives) I did it and now my computer is running fine. They're all grayed out and I can't select them. I was then able to successfully boot back into my Windows 7 installation with needing to re-install it. it ran for about 8 hours fixing all the problems with my disk.
